Clean towels and linen, excluding beach towels are provided for the named guests and although the apartment is fully equipped for laundry a change of linen can be provided (at extra cost). |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment has climate control conditioning units to the each bedroom and the lounge/diner maintaining a level temperature throughout. The bedrooms have the extra advantage of fans to use in place of air-conditioning when the temperature is more comfortable.

| The Costa del Sol/Malaga region |
10 mins to Estepona, 25-30 mins to Puerto Banus/Marbella. Duquesa has a beautiful Marina with many restaurants & bars wth mountains and rolling hillsides to the back. For the golfer there are numerous superb golf courses all along the Costa del Sol, sun drenched beaches and stunning scenery.
Take a drive up into the hills to the historic town of Mijas or just a short drive from Duquesa is the quaint village of Benahavis with its lovely restaurants. The Costal Del Sol enjoys fantastic sunshine all year round so whenever you go you can be sure to enjoy some very pleasant weather. |

| Duquesa has its own golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones but there are numerous golf courses within 30 mins drive. Duquesa boasts a beautiful Marina with its bars/restaurants/shops. Close by is the town of Sabinillas with its many shops and a weekly market.
Duquesa has a very relaxed atmosphere, fairly quiet during the day but pleasantly lively at night. Ideal for families with both young and older children. The beaches on either side of the Marina are both blue flag beaches and there are 3 Cheringuitos (beach bars), from where you can hire sunbeds and pedalos. |
